TAXES AND DUTIES

 

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local government. Payment to the relevant authority is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Perks And Mini of the situation.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We are careful to ensure that our products are inspected before they are sent. Yet in the case of a damaged or defective item, we will replace, issue a credit note or refund.

 

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as received in case they need to be returned for any reason.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM

To return or exchange your purchase email contact@b-r-b.co.  Include the order number found on your order confirmation and details of the fault, please include images if you can.

 

Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned or altered. Returned items must be receive with there original recite.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We refund initial shipping charges for faulty items. Items exchanged will be shipped at our own cost.
