Each of our items are produced in limited batches and are rarely re-stocked, so please choose carefully.
We are more than happy to provide assistance with choosing sizes, styles or colours.

SHIPPING

Free domestic shipping on orders over $180 AUD.

International delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our Collingwood. Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, but during busy periods this may be extended to 3-4 days.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Local import charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on the customer’s region and local customs legislation. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We are happy to facilitate an exchange of size or colour where the desired item is in stock. Please send us an email at contact@b-r-b.co to organise.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached.

Items for return will need to be delivered at customer's own cost to:

FAULTY ITEMS

We are careful to ensure that our products are inspected before they are sent. In the rare case of damaged or defective items, we will happily provide a replacement or refund.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached.

In the case of a faulty item, we will cover shipping costs associated with return and/or replacement.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please include the order number found on your order confirmation and details of the fault, as well as clear images if you can.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
