AUSTRALIA — We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD. 

Express post is available for $10, this offers next business day delivery and requires a signature upon delivery.

 

NEW ZEALAND — We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD.

For express orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL — We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local government. Payment to the relevant authority is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Be Right Back of the situation.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note we do not accept returns based on change of mind. If you need to exchange an item based on size or colour, please email contact@b-r-b.co

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as received in case they need to be returned for any reason.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are careful to ensure that our products are inspected before they are sent. In the rare case of damaged or defective items, we will happily send a replacement or refund the item.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached.

In the case of a faulty item, we will refund shipping costs.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return or exchange your purchase email contact@b-r-b.co. Please include the order number found on your order confirmation and details of the fault, as well as clear images if you can.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
