Design

Our products are designed with quality and longevity in mind. As such we focus on creative interpretations of archetypes that will last through seasons and trends.

Materials

We prioritise natural fibres for our garments as they are kinder on the planet and provide a better wearing experience, and source mostly deadstock fabrics. Where synthetic fabrics are used, they provide a specific function such as stretch.

Sampling

All B–R–B sampling is completed in-house and time is taken to ensure garments are highly resolved and well fitting in order to avoid problems in the production process that may result in waste.

Production

We operate using small production runs and pre-orders to anticipate demand avoid over-production.

Our garments and accessories are made locally at independent manufacturers.

Pricing

Garments are priced to ensure all in the design and supply chain are paid fairly for their expertise.

Packaging

We ship using compostable packaging, and avoid single use plastics.

We are always reflecting, and investigating avenues to continue making beautiful objects without environmental harm.

Diversity and Inclusion

We feel passionately about representing the broad range of people in our community. This manifests through our platforming of local artists through collaborations, postcards and our Object Merchant events.

We focus on photographing our products on a range of body types, genders and ethnicities.
